Nice hotel by the beach, but there's a few things...
The front staff it's very friendly and helpful. The location it's great, 2 min from the beach. Great for those who likes quite hotels. Also, a pleasant detail Is the fact that they offer Beach towels (for free) and have good breakfast options (extra charge).
The room was smaller than expected or at least compared to all the hotels I've been before. If you plan to stay here, just pay attention to photos and dimensions of the room, the have it posted. The main thing that bothered me was the cleaning, we had it after 3/4 days and after many many requests. So, the first 3 days we had 0 towels changed, same thing for trash bags or hygiene supplies. After insisting, they did a great job.

What was the highlight of Kent Hotel
Great value for money - extraordinarily helpful staff
The hotel itself was quite average - but on a very good location, close to the Ocean's drive and the beach as well. The staff were extremely helpful, Anthony, Angel and Josh helped us a lot even with some stupid booking issues or renting a car. They made everything to help us out to feel great - no matter what the request/question was from our side.
The bathroom was quite run down and there was a terrible smell coming into the room from the alley under the window (but it is not the Hotel's fault - they cannot control their overall surrounding.
